KINGWOOD - The parents of two young Summerwood boys have brought a civil suit against the teenage babysitter they say sexually assaulted them, the teen's mother, and Atascocita United Methodist Church.

Morgan James Bryant, now 19, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for one count of sexual assault of a child under 14 in January, after DNA evidence helped convict him of the charge.

Court records indicate the boys attended the Weekday Learning Center at AUMC at the time of the offense in 2008 and the parents, whose names are withheld in public documents to protect the privacy of their children, learned of Morgan's babysitting services through Beth Bryant, Morgan's mother, who was a teacher at the school.
